Professional Experience
Latasha Johnson focuses her practice on business litigation and dispute resolution. Her clients include business owners, corporations, financial institutions, entertainers, athletes, and private individuals. Passionate about obtaining favorable results for her clients, Ms. Johnson taps into her considerable knowledge of contracts, banking law, trade regulations, and employment law to assist her clients in reaching their goals.Before joining Ehrenstein Charbonneau Calderin, Ms. Johnson practiced in the business and financial capital of the world, New York City. There, she gained valuable litigation experience at the AmLaw 100 law firms of Weil Gotshal & Manges and Shearman & Sterling. A Miami native, Ms. Johnson takes an active role in the community by supporting local non-profit organizations. Ms. Johnson also provides legal services for the Put Something Back Program, a joint pro bono project of the Dade County Bar Association and Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
