March 2009: Daniel Gold and Edward Welch have been name ‘Rising Stars’ in ‘Super Lawyers Magazine’.
Robert Charbonneau and Jacqueline Calderin have been named ‘Super Lawyers’ in ‘Super Lawyers Magazine’.
Edward Welch was honored with the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick’s 2009 Golden Shamrock Award for community service.

July 2008:  Jacqueline Calderín spoke about “Chapter 11 Post-Confirmation Issues” at the 24th Annual Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors Bankruptcy and Restructuring Conference in Las Vegas.
June 2008:  Jacqueline Calderin was selected as a Top “Up and Comer” by South Florida Legal Guide.

June 2008:  Michael Ehrenstein and Robert Charbonneau were peer selected as “Super Lawyers”.

April 2008:  Edward Welch was recognized by the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, for his pro bono representation of a client.  In this action, Mr. Welch obtained a restraining order in favor of his indigent client forbidding the client’s abusive ex-boyfriend from posting pictures of her on the internet and from coming within 100 feet of her.

March 2008:  Edward Welch was recognized by the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, for his pro bono representation of a client.  In this action, Mr. Welch assisted a grandmother obtain custody of her grandson.  The grandson’s father died from complications arising from the AIDS virus and the grandson’s mother was incarcerated. 

January 2008:  Robert Charbonneau was selected as attorney for the Official Committee of Deposit Holders in the Levitt and Sons Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Case.  The Fort Lauderdale-based home builder collected approximately $18 million in deposits for homes it failed to complete and deliver. 

January 2008:  Edward Welch was recognized by the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, for his pro bono representation of a client.  In this action, Mr. Welch obtained housing and medical care for his fifteen year old, pregnant client.  The client had been forced into prostitution by her twenty-nine year old, non-citizen husband.
 
September 2007: Daniel Gold received a public service award from the Southern Distrcit of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association for his participation in the Credit Abuse Resistance Education (“CARE”) Program.

June 2007:  Robert Charbonneau appeared on NBC6 nightly news and was interviewed by Willard Shepard regarding Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors.
